Data we process

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers.
• Usage and security logs: device/browser metadata, session events, hashes (IP, user-agent).
• Uploaded files for analysis (e.g., product screenshots) when you explicitly submit them.
• Billing data (subscriptions, invoices) processed by Stripe.
• Transactional emails (verification, password reset) sent via your email provider (e.g., Brevo).

Purposes

• Provide and operate the service (analysis, exports, dashboards).
• Authentication, fraud prevention, and security.
• Customer support.
• Billing and subscription management.
• Legal compliance.

Legal bases

Contract performance, legitimate interest (security), and compliance with legal obligations. Marketing emails require consent where applicable.

Processors and third parties

We may rely on vendors such as Stripe (payments) and an email provider for transactional emails. Depending on configuration, AI/ML providers may be used for analysis features.

Retention

We keep data as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Uploaded files may be subject to an expiration policy.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, subject to applicable law. Contact the controller to exercise these rights.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data (access control, encryption where relevant, and monitoring).
