Terms of service (ToS)
These terms govern your use of Etscale services and the applicable subscription and billing rules.
1. Service
Etscale provides decision-support tools for Etsy sellers (market estimation, projections, listing suggestions, dashboards).
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activities performed under your account.
3. Plans and billing
- Free plan: limited usage (e.g., a lifetime quota).
- Pro plan: subscription billed monthly unless canceled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable laws and marketplace rules. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
6. Disclaimer
Projections and recommendations are estimates. Etscale does not guarantee revenue, sales, or marketplace performance.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etscale's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the previous 12 months.
